Development Tools

Learning more about yourself, your natural preferences and styles can often be the starting point for development. We offer a range of effective development tools - some are described here.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® is the most widely used psychometric tool for understanding normal differences in personality. It helps individuals to understand their motivations, strengths and positive qualities, to appreciate others and to make constructive use of differences.

The 16PF® Instrument questionnaire assesses an individual’s personality against 16 personality factors. This provides a valid and accurate predictor of future behaviour and is ideally suited for selection, development, coaching and teambuilding.

FIRO-B® focuses on interpersonal relationship styles to examine how a person typically behaves towards others and what they seek from them. It leads to greater self-awareness and an insight into the impact of one’s style on others.

The Situational Leadership® model enables participants to recognise and apply a flexible range of leadership styles according to the situation.

The Strength Deployment Inventory® helps people to assess their relating strengths both when everything is going well and when faced with conflict and opposition.
